On April 10, 2024, the Sheng International Education Public Welfare Fund of the China Overseas-Education Scholars Development Foundation (COSDF) organized an "International Professional Talent Cultivation and Exchange Seminar" at the Western Returned Scholars Association. The seminar discussed the current international employment situation, the strategy of international vocational personnel training, and international exchanges.

Xiao Rui, director of the COSDF Sheng International Education Public Welfare Fund, made a speech to comprehensively explain the plans and initiatives of Sheng International Education Public Welfare Fund, in promoting the cultivation of international vocational talents, including cooperation with domestic and foreign colleges and universities in building international vocational talent cultivation bases, and commitment to promoting the exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign international vocational education.
