2025年10月26日，中国法学会律师法学研究会2025年年会暨“保障民营经济发展论坛”在深圳成功举办。本次论坛聚焦民营经济高质量发展的法治保障，汇聚全国法学界专家、法律实务精英及政企代表，共商民营经济发展中的法律热点问题。中国法学会副会长莫纪宏，深圳市委政法委委务会成员、市法学会党组成员、专职副会长陈振波，中国法学会律师法学研究会会长韩晓武等领导出席活动并致辞。
欧中联合商会法律顾问、香港律师协会副会长李海龙律师，在第一分论坛中提出“如何保护在欧中方企业合法权益”议题。结合自身跨境法律实务经验，中国法学会律师法学研究会副会长黄建雯，重点分析了中方企业在欧盟市场面临的合规审查、知识产权保护、跨境纠纷解决等突出问题，提出“强化中欧法律规则衔接认知、构建跨境合规风险防控体系、推动多元纠纷化解机制协同”等实操性建议，得到参会领导及嘉宾的积极回应与认同。
此次参会不仅是对民营经济法治保障工作的深度参与，更是搭建在欧中方企业法律维权交流桥梁的重要契机。李海龙律师表示，将持续聚焦跨境民营经济权益保护领域，发挥专业优势为在欧中方企业提供精准法律服务，助力民营经济在国际市场上稳健发展。
Lawyer Li Hailong Honored to Attend Annual Conference of the Lawyers Law Research Institute of China Law Society, Discussing Protection of Chinese Enterprises' Rights in the EU.
On October 26, 2025, the 2025 Annual Conference of the Lawyers Law Research Institute of China Law Society and the "Forum on Safeguarding the Development of the Private Economy" were successfully held in Shenzhen. Focusing on the legal protection for the high-quality development of the private economy, the forum gathered legal experts, elite practitioners, and representatives from government and enterprises across the country to jointly discuss key legal issues in the development of the private economy. Leaders including Mo Jihong, Vice President of China Law Society; Chen Zhenbo, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Full-time Vice President of Shenzhen Law Society; and Han Xiaowu, President of the Lawyers Law Research Institute of China Law Society, attended the event and delivered speeches.
Lawyer Li Hailong, Legal Counsel of the Europe China Commercial Union and Vice President of the China Lawyer Association of Hong Kong, In the first parallel forum, proposed how to protect the legitimate rights and Interests of Chinese Enterprises in the EU". Combining her own cross-border legal practice experience, Huang Jianwen 、Vice President of the Lawyers Law Research Institute of China Law Society focused on analyzing prominent issues faced by Chinese enterprises in the EU market, such as compliance reviews, intellectual property protection, and cross-border dispute resolution. She put forward practical suggestions including "strengthening the understanding of the connection between Chinese and EU legal rules, building a cross-border compliance risk prevention and control system, and promoting the coordination of diversified dispute resolution mechanisms", which received positive responses and recognition from the participating leaders and guests.
Participating in this conference is not only an in-depth involvement in the legal protection of the private economy, but also an important opportunity to build a bridge for protection exchanges Chinese Enterprises' Rights in the EU.
