经由金华婺城城投集团主办，沈磊总师团队组织策划承办的金华市婺城区金星街大桥方案国际征集资格预审会于2023年12月5日在婺城区城投集团召开。
Sponsored by Wucheng Chengtou Group, organizedby Shen Lei Chief Planner Team，the international pre qualification meeting of Jinxing Street Bridge Scheme was held in the office of Wucheng Chengtou Group on December 5, 2023.
5名资深行业专家和4位政府规划、建设、交通部门专家组成资格预审委员会，对参赛单位（联合体）提交的申请文件进行了认真的审阅和充分讨论，通过记名投票，逐轮淘汰的方式，经主办单位审批，最终确认4家入围单位。
Five senior planningexperts and fourgovernment experts ofplanning, construction and transportation departments formed the pre-qualification committee, which carefully reviewed and fully discussed the application documents submitted by the participating units, and approved by the organizer through secret voting and round by round elimination, and finally confirmed the four finalists.
2023年12月7日，金星街大桥方案国际征集召开启动会，四家入围团队项目负责人带队主要设计人员参会，正式启动技术工作。
On December 7, 2023, the international soliciting of the Jinxing Street Bridge Scheme held a kickoff meeting, and the project leaders of the four shortlisted teams led the main designers to attend the meeting and officially started the technical work.

沈磊总师团队副总李强，首先阐释了沈磊教授领衔的金华总师团队在金华的工作推进模式，配合实施行政管理与技术管理“1+1”的总规划师制度，同步跟进各个重点项目指挥部、小组和专班工作，以管理为目标，实施为导向，技术为手段，推进规划、建设、治理工作。
Li Qiang, vice manager of Shen Lei Chief Planner Team, explained the work promotion mode of Team led by Professor Shen Lei in Jinhua, cooperated with the implementation of the "1+1" chief planner system of administrative management and technical management, promoted the planning, construction and governance work with management as the goal, implementation as the guide and technology as the means.
其次，讲解了包括金华总体城市设计在内的本底研究内容及其与本次项目的技术关联性。从上位规划、城市空间、板块发展、交通互联四个角度，明晰了金星街大桥是城市南北贯通的重要桥梁，明确了设计要着力凸显标志性、文化性、交通性、城市性四项要求。
Then,heexplains the background research content including the overall urban design of Jinhua and its technical relevance to this project. From the four angles of upper planning, urban space, plate development and traffic interconnection, it is clear that Jinxing Street Bridge is an important bridge connecting the north and south of the city, and it is clear that the design should focus on highlighting the four requirements of iconic, cultural, traffic and urban.

会上，总师团队与设计单位针对设计节点安排、设计成果要求、设计资料补充等方面进行了充分沟通，在合理且紧凑的设计周期内先行完成多个方向的设计草案可供中期交流，在明确设计方向后争取在年底前完成大桥方案的设计工作。针对个别设计材料的需求，相关部门将收集疑问清单并集中补充后提供给设计单位。经过答疑会的讨论，扫清了设计单位工作的障碍，为全面展开设计工作奠定了坚实的基础。
At the meeting, Shen Lei Chief Planner Teamand the design unit had a full communication on the design node arrangement, design results requirements, design data supplement and other aspects, and completed the design draft of multiple directions within a reasonable and compact design cycle for medium-term exchange, and tried to complete the design work of the bridge scheme before the end of the year after clarifying the design direction.For the needs of individual design materials, the relevant departments will collect the query list and provide it to the design unit after centralized supplement. After the discussion in the Q&A meeting, the obstacles of the design unit's work have been cleared, and a solid foundation has been laid for the full development of the design work.

本次入围四家单位分别代表了国内道路、桥梁、市政、建筑实力雄厚的设计集团，以基础设施建设领域业绩和经验见长的专业设计公司，以及境外锐意创新的知名设计事务所等国内外不同设计特点，项目启动会后将会快速推进技术工作，期待各家单位拿出优秀的方案，不负金华人民的重托！
The four shortlisted units respectively represent domestic road, bridge, municipal, architectural strength of the design group, to the field of infrastructure construction performance and experience of professional design companies, as well as overseas innovation of well-known design firms and other different design characteristics at home and abroad, the project will be quickly promoted after the launch of the technical work, looking forward to each unit to come up with excellent plans. Live up to Jinhua people's trust!
主办单位和策划单位将根据项目推进节奏进行中期背靠背的技术交流，沈磊总师团队将在期间把关设计方向不走偏，为后续设计成果做好引导工作。
Thesponsor and organizer will carry out back-to-back technical exchanges in the middle term according to the pace of project promotion. Shen Lei Chief Planner Team will keep the design direction in check during the period and do a good job in guiding the subsequent design results.
